Reflection:

The assignment I have posted below has helped me change my way of thinking in group situations. After this experience I am now more creative with solution ideas, and aware of my surroundings. It has helped me progress and develop leadership skills in a group setting.

I took this class because I need good communication skills in the career field I am going in. Communications has helped me learn what best communication to use in a one and one and or a group setting. I can also use the skills I have learned in this class everyday by communicating with others or when I give a speech in front of a lot of people. Overall, I am so glad I took this course. I know it will help me in my perspective career and in my daily life situations.
